Following the bloody protest by members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN), the Senate on Wednesday, July 10 called for a security beef up around the National Assembly complex.
The development was made public by the chairman of the Senate Ad Hoc Committee on Media and Public Affairs, Sen Adedayo Adeyeye (APC-Ekiti), in a chat with newsmen, Daily Trust reports.
